An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bronte Surf Life Saving Club as our Nippers Coordinator. If your dream role puts you at the heart of the community, with an office that adjoins one of Sydney’s most iconic beaches, this might just be for you.

Working closely with the (volunteer) Director of Nippers and the Nippers Committee, you'll hold primary responsibility for the effective planning, coordination and execution of Bronte's Nippers program. One of the largest in the country, supporting over 900 registered children and their families. You will provide support to a team of volunteers, communicate with a significant number of Bronte's members and be part of the move into a brand new club house in the coming year.

This is a permanent part-time position, requiring a minimum commitment of 24 core office hours per week, along with a small number of evenings and weekends throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to undertake additional hours during key periods of the season.

On completion of interviews, the panel will determine if a successful candidate has been identified and, if so, an offer will be made.
