Bronte SLSC Promenade Dinner

Our spectacular Promenade Dinner was held last Saturday night & it was truly a night to remember.

When the weather turned late in the afternoon and there were a few heavy drops of rain, we held our breath.  But the weather gods were on our side and it turned out to be an incredible evening. The community, locals and Surf Club members all came together and experienced a once in a lifetime event on our beach! 

Besides the wonderful social gathering, the night signified the launch of the Clubs fundraising goal of $1,000,000 to complete our commitment to council and the fit out of the new Club.   I am pleased to be able to say that we raised over $200,000 from the online auction and initial pledges.  We thank everyone for their support and look forward to your continued assistance in helping us reach our goal.

Thank you to everyone who helped.  From sponsors, donors of prizes, all the volunteers that helped during the week and on the night, the office staff and in particular a huge special thank you to Holly Ries who oversaw the wonderful evening.
