• U11G: Sunday 10 December 2023

Activities: Children move from foam to fibreglass boards.   They continue to build on their paddling skills, swimming and body surfing.  They also continue to learn sand running techniques and play flags on the sand.  They start to learn CPR and build on their knowledge of signals and rescue techniques.
