Cadet of the Year: Harry Staines

Having completed his SRC in 2018, Harry has patrolled for two seasons, notching up a very respectable 76 patrol hours this season. His skills in the water, particularly on the board, are impressive, but it’s Harry’s enthusiasm, willingness to put his hand up and ability to finish the job that marks him as a standout member of our Club. Harry will take on with gusto any task assigned to him, no matter how mundane and his always smiling face is a welcome sight on Sunday mornings.
