Exchange/Returns Policy

Exchange 

You can return your purchase for an exchange if you have changed your mind or purchased an incorrect size.
The product is to be returned within 14-days following purchase, in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached (if applicable).

Options for exchange are:

1. In-store Exchange

The product can be returned by coming down to the Club for an instant exchange for a product of the same price or by paying the difference for a product of a higher price.

Please email merchandise@brontesurfclub.com.au to arrange a suitable day and time for this in-store exchange.

2. Return via the Post

Return your online purchase via the post sending item/s to:

Bronte Surf Club PO Box 33, Waverley NSW 2024

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

Replacement items will be posted within 7 days of receipt.

Postage fees will apply to resend replacement product.

Refund 

If you believe your item may be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to request an exchange or refund. All products must undergo an inspection to clearly identify the fault before a refund is provided.

International Orders
